Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary allied health organization committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families. We support over 28,000 families across our 46 clinics nationwide.
We are hiring for a Speech Pathologist to work in our South Morang clinic, providing a combination of clinic and mobile services. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours available to suit you.
We are a growing team of allied health professionals who appreciate and support each other for what we do to make an impact in the lives of those we support daily.
This position allows you to work without meeting a set amount of billable hours, enabling you to enjoy your days doing the work you love without stress.
What this role offers:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload
- Assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education, and support
- Ongoing evaluation, training, and review to ensure quality service delivery to clients
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant professional body
- A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client achieve their goals and participate in their community
- Exceptional communication skills for a culturally rich and diverse environment
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Experience in working with children and adolescents, and confidence in working closely with their families
- Compliance requirements – registration, police checks, and First Aid Training
