Improve Patient Access and Service Delivery
The Specialist Clinics Administrator role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and patient-centered care to administration functions within the Specialist Clinics Division to enhance patient access and service delivery.
The Specialist Clinics Administrator works as part of a supportive team, meeting the accountability requirements for reporting Medicare legislation. The role is central in participating in Divisional initiatives to enhance patient care and meet Divisional and organizational key performance indicators.
The Specialist Clinics Administrator works across a number of areas within the department including referral registration, clinic administration, call centre and billing.
- About You:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who has previously worked in health and has a patient-centered approach to service delivery, ability to use initiative and work autonomously, as well as in a team, ability to problem solve in a variety of complex situations, experience working in a high-volume environment.
