Customer Service Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, selling and delivering products, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and deliver products to trade/wholesale customers on the road.
  • Manage an existing list of clients and develop strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites.
  • Pick and pack daily deliveries.
  • Be a product knowledge expert and complete sales paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to work away from home 1 night per week/fortnight, with expenses paid by the organisation.
  • Licensed and confident to drive a manual vehicle preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg repetitively.
  • Customer service experience with a passion for helping customers achieve sales goals.
  • Driven to learn new products and processes.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good presentation required, as you will be representing the organisation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak to all personalities.
  • Good computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
