About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field, with Biologique Recherche qualification being highly desirable. You will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality spa treatments, including facial and body treatments, massages, and other wellness services.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all treatments, wellness journeys, and promotions.
  • Providing personalized recommendations to guests based on their needs and preferences.
  • Utilizing spa software to manage appointments and guest profiles.
