Senior Civil Engineer Job

We are seeking a seasoned civil engineer to lead and support design delivery for road infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways, Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation, and a strong understanding of TMR design requirements.

  1. Lead and support design delivery for road infrastructure projects, in line with TMR guidelines
  2. Contribute to proposal preparation and business development
  3. Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
  4. Ensure effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
  5. Help shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

As a senior civil engineer, you will be responsible for leading and supporting design delivery for road infrastructure projects.
