Salary Package: $160,000 - $180,000 + Super + Performance Bonus

Role Overview:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising our cloud-based infrastructure. Reporting to the Energy Solutions Lead, your primary focus will be on enhancing our Azure infrastructure, databases, and data pipelines. You will work closely with the Data Analytics Manager and Data Analysts to identify and implement improvements in data integration, performance, and security.

Your daily responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of new data sources, and optimising existing workflows. You will be responsible for managing Azure servers and databases, implementing security best practices, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Additionally, you will automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled individual with a minimum of 7 years in cloud infrastructure management and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure. You have a strong background in managing Azure IaaS, ARM templates, and Powershell scripting. Your expertise in networking, security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential for this role. Additionally, experience with data platforms like Databricks and proficiency in SQL are highly desirable.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams is crucial for driving successful outcomes. You are capable of working independently, taking initiative, and making informed decisions.
