Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Current RSA & RCG Certificates / Competency Card

- Strong customer service skills

- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
