Konekt provides rehabilitation and injury prevention services across Australia. We seek a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist to work in Batemans Bay, Nowra, or Wollongong.
About the Role- Apply specialist knowledge and skills to assist people return to meaningful occupation.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with injuries or illnesses.
- Help clients identify future employment options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
- Responsible for case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.
