Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating production drilling and stoping activities to achieve schedule targets. You will work closely with our partners to ensure compliance with the mining plan and contribute to business improvement initiatives.

  • Be an active safety leader in line with company values, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure compliance to the mining plan
  • Complete stope drill designs, charge plans, and reconciliations in line with business requirements
  • Ensure production excellence by participating in QAQC activities for blasting
  • Complete slot raising designs, remote plans, and void management plans in line with site procedures
  • Show active field leadership through regular underground inspections
  • Provide mentorship for graduates
  • Take lead in business objectives and projects
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives
  • Ensure the health and safety of underground workers through detailed and accurate technical plans in line with the WHS Act and Regulations
