Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the hospitality services of dining, cleaning, laundry, and Concierge operations in a new residential aged care home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing direct reports including Head Chefs, Concierges, and Housekeeping Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the opening and setup of a brand-new home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all hospitality functional areas to deliver high-quality services that contribute to a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Ensure the efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, hospitality services.
  • Be visibly present within the home, promoting a relationship-centred approach to service provision with residents, families, employees, and other stakeholders.
