Job Description

We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Secret Harbour. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to our children, working closely with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement learning programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
