As a Goodstart Early Learning Facilitator, you will be an integral member of our team, collaborating with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and enhance outstanding educational programs for children. About Goodstart Secret Harbour:

Goodstart Secret Harbour is strategically located, providing easy access for families. Our centre caters to children from six weeks to five years old, welcoming families from a variety of cultural backgrounds. We prioritize building strong connections with local schools, businesses, and public services to assist families in our community.

Our team of educators is highly qualified and experienced, with many having been part of our centre for over five years. We respect and support the unique needs, beliefs, and backgrounds of each child and family.

We maintain open communication with families through regular updates, notices, and our Storypark platform, which allows us to share important information and track children's progress and achievements.

Our engaging, play-based curriculum is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring that our learning environments are thoughtfully designed to meet the individual interests and strengths of each child, preparing them for their transition to school.

We frequently organize community events at our centre to foster family engagement, alongside open days and other special activities.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check in Western Australia.
