In this role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and advisory services for logistics vehicles, ensuring reliable, high-quality, and timely service support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet maintenance efficiency;
  • Work closely with Mechanics and Field Service Representatives to identify and address any maintenance-related issues;
  • Document work order information in the RDA ERP/ISSDB & customer systems MILIS / SAP;
  • Ensure all repair work is carried out to the highest standards and meets customer expectations;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience maintaining a fleet of light, medium, and heavy trucks, servicing and repairing diesel engine and heavy trucks/equipment and all sub-system components, specifically from European manufacturers;
  • Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic (Cert III Min), Preferably Heavy Vehicle Road Transport;
  • Automotive diagnostic skills, specifically with European manufacturers;
