About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact in our branches, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your goal will be to identify and support customers in exploring their current and future financial needs, undertake transactions on behalf of customers, educate them on utilizing digital banking solutions, and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
