Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a part-time role in our organisation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate ticketing, charging and destination of loads received at the depot, as well as dispatching and ticketing of outbound materials.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting loads to check for any non-conforming products
  • Invoice processing & document control
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. completing reporting requirements through various systems)
  • Assisting the Accounts team

About You:

We require someone with:

  • Previous experience in Weighbridge operations
  • Experience working with Export Documentation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proactive and collaborative nature
  • Business Central system experience (preferable)
  • Intermediate to Advanced level computer (MS Office) skills, particularly Excel
