About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing procurement coordination services and projects, including the delivery of procurement and vendor management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice and consultancy services to guide and support agency procurement and quality assurance processes, addressing commercial, legal and financial risks.
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate information and data sharing, ensuring the delivery of quality services and products.
  • Contributing to procurement management, strategies and acquisition plans to effectively drive and lead contemporary procurement services.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, who can work under broad direction and deal with conflicting priorities.
