We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Support Worker to join our team at VMCH. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one support to elderly members of our community, enabling them to live more fulfilling and independent lives.
You will assist clients in their own home environment, building strong relationships and providing person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care, such as dressing and assisting with transfers
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
- Using aids and personal equipment to support clients' needs
This role will service the suburbs of Boronia, Ferntree Gully, Knoxfield, Lysterfield, Rowville, Scoresby, Wantirna, and Wantirna South.

You will have a flexible working schedule and be able to work autonomously, often without direct supervision.
