We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to elderly members of our community.
This position involves assisting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, transportation, and using aids and personal equipment. You will work closely with our at-home care team to gain a deep understanding of each client's unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as dressing and transfers
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
- Using aids and personal equipment as needed
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for caring for older members of our community. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and value flexibility in your working schedule.
