Commercial Property Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled commercial property analyst to assist in the campaign lifecycle, providing market intelligence and supporting the compilation of submissions.

This role is actively involved in researching the property investment market, analyzing relevant market information, and coordinating financial and technical due diligence.

  • Market research and analysis to inform key campaign decisions.
  • Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence.
  • Manage key data sources including sales data, leasing data, operating agreement data, and sector-specific data.
Requirements
  • University Degree Qualified
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project)
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with staff at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail investment property markets and current trends.
Deliverables

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, manage workload effectively, and provide market intelligence to support key campaign decisions.
