We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical pharmacy services.


Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals, patients, and families, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication management, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.


In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, think critically, and solve problems effectively will be essential in this role.


Requirements:

  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category B role.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
