Chief Technical Officer: Civil Structural Engineer

This role is responsible for leading a professional team of engineers in the execution and communication of technical design and consultation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor and lead a team of engineering professionals
- Develop and implement processes, policies, and procedures to improve existing practices and develop new approaches
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication with various stakeholders
- Formulate suitable outcomes and make decisions using problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Work autonomously and effectively without supervision, demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to support and mentor employees
- Plan and organize work to effectively manage tasks, determine priorities, and meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role, with significant experience in structural and civil engineering. A strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is also essential.
