Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist at NHP Electrical Engineering Products, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in local and state networks to achieve designated sales targets. You will also maintain close contact with customers and potential customers through effective utilisation of product knowledge, collaborate with NHP staff to build and develop product sales, and coordinate customer presentations to highlight the products, solutions, and service capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a trade qualification in electrician and previous sales experience within the electrical sector or similar. You should have experience operating a CRM database or similar, a track record in delivering sales results and servicing customer needs, and an ability to 'listen to the customer' and translate needs into business solutions. Additionally, you should be an outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships, have effective time management and organisational skills, and be focused, passionate, and willing to go above and beyond.
