Job Opportunity: Senior Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our infrastructure project team in Brisbane. This is a key position for delivering complex projects across the Asia Pacific region.

  • Design management, project management, and coordination of multidisciplinary civil projects within the roles of Job Manager and/or Lead Civil Engineer.
  • Developing a culture of outstanding delivery within the team including the development of workflow processes to take a design from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to young team members with respect to technical areas of expertise as well as project planning and execution.
  • Business development activities from the early identification of opportunities through to their active pursuit in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Requirements

A qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia or equivalent professional society membership.

Civil engineering experience gained in a consulting environment.

Strong links to the Victorian market and technical expertise in grading and drainage design.

Excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to display initiative.
