We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Calvary Health Care Bethlehem. As a key member of our Dietetics team, you will provide clinical services to our 32-bed inpatient ward and the State-wide Progressive Neurological Disorders (SPNDS) outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients, including nutrition assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement activities and education provision.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in clinical dietetics.
- Registration/membership with the Dietitian's Association of Australia.
- Current APD status is required.
- Experience with enteral nutrition.
- Clinical experience in hospital or community settings.
- The ability to think critically and work with a varied and busy caseload.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current clinical knowledge in the field of progressive neurology and/or palliative care.
- Experience with food service management & systems.
- Evidence of involvement in quality improvement programs.
