This role offers the opportunity to work on complex superannuation and financial services regulatory matters, collaborating closely with senior lawyers and gaining exposure to various Partners.
About the RoleAs part of our Funds, Superannuation & Financial Services Team, you will advise Australia's leading superannuation funds on regulatory changes, assist with investigations and prosecutions, and provide guidance on fund mergers and broader regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on regulatory matters related to superannuation and financial services;
- Assisting with investigations and prosecutions;
- Providing guidance on fund mergers and regulatory compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience in superannuation or financial services, ideally from a top-tier firm or in-house team;
- Passion for specialising in superannuation and financial services regulation;
- Excellent academic record;
- Desire to learn and grow.
