Job OverviewAs an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will undergo on-the-job training and support to complete the Cert III in Automotive Glazing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing exceptional service to all clients.
- Undertake glass chip repairs using advanced techniques and tools.
- Learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- A mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools is highly regarded.
- A manual driver's license is highly recommended.
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Long-term career opportunities within the AutoGlass industry.
- Flexible rostering with options for penalties and overtime.
- Ongoing learning and development during and after your Apprenticeship.
This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on training and theoretical knowledge. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.
