Practice Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Canberra site. As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice and delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership position within our team.
  • You will be responsible for formulating, guiding, and coordinating the activities of the practice, as well as ensuring that all staff members are working together effectively to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business objectives.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve practice efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics related to practice performance.

Requirements:

  • Past experience with medical administration.
  • Desirable: Past experience within the Ophthalmology industry, preferably as an Orthoptist.
  • Excellent people management and development skills.
  • Superior organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude.
