Benesse is looking for passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisors. In this role, you will directly assist the Cafe Manager in leading a dynamic team to deliver the Benesse values and be part of our future growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Hiring, training and developing the Front of House Team
- Ensuring the cafe remains presentable and service is running smoothly at all times
- Adhere to all relevant protocols and OHS regulations
- Contribute to discussions of new ideas and be able to analyse the performance of the cafe to assist in the growth of the business
- Weekly ordering, stock control and rotation
- Directly work with Managers, Kitchen leaders and operation managers

**About You**
- Suitable experience in a similar role or relevant hospitality experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, interact & lead a team of 15+ people
- Confidence in multitasking so that you can supervise AND execute smooth, efficient and friendly service.
- Professional manner and confidence in communicating
- Organised with good time management and ability to prioritise
- Creativity and passion for driving and developing the business

Pay: $25.80 - $27.17 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
