Major Periodic Maintenance Delivery Lead
We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Major Periodic Maintenance (MPM) program in the lower Hawkesbury and North West Hubs. As a key member of our Regional Delivery Partnership, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of mechanical/electrical maintenance projects at water and wastewater treatment plants.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of the MPM program. You will work closely with stakeholders to forecast and manage project costs, schedules, claims, and compensation events. Additionally, you will develop and manage job plans, coordinate with planning teams to align labor and resources, and resolve project issues and risks.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in engineering, preferably mechanical, and extensive experience in project engineering within Utilities or Infrastructure. You should also possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6.
As a safety leader, you will drive process improvements, maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, and prepare monthly reports on project progress, cost, and cash flow.
