This role is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive quality across multiple teams.

The Role:

In this QA Delivery Lead position, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end QA strategy, scaling automation, overseeing release readiness, and guiding a talented team in a continuous deployment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA practices across multiple squads to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Define and implement scalable and maintainable testing strategies
  • Own the roadmap for automation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines
  • Plan and execute manual and automated testing for backend, frontend, and APIs
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency
  • Oversee release processes with quality gates, milestones, and reporting
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional with a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. You should have expertise in manual and automated testing, including regression, performance, and exploratory testing.

You should also have experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

AWS experience is a plus, but not required.
