We are seeking a talented Host to join our team at Nobu Perth. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and manage floor plans, seating plans, and reservations.
  • Handle financial transactions, including settlements, billing, deposits, refunds, and pre-payments.
  • Manage operational floats and handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous restaurant hosting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of grooming and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
