Job Title: City Activation Manager

This is a leadership role that oversees the activation and engagement of UNSW Canberra's City Precinct. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for the precinct, working collaboratively with diverse teams to create an engaging environment for students, staff, industry partners, and the community.

The key aspects of this role include:

  • Strategic Development: Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for precinct activation and engagement initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Overseeing the delivery of exceptional concierge and front-line support services at City Central.
  • Team Supervision: Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment by supervising a team and driving engagement programs.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary degree or extensive management expertise in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs or developing policies related to stakeholder engagement, student services, and/or site activation.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders to foster collaboration and support precinct activation goals.
