About the Company

This exciting project is focused on enhancing client services and improving operational efficiency, as part of a broader initiative to optimise customer journeys.

About the Role

As a Pega Business Improvement Specialist, you will hold Product Ownership of the Pega workflow design and implementation within the Private Wealth team. You will play a key role in defining and delivering the workflow vision, roadmap, and goals while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business improvement initiatives to re-engineer processes and enhance customer journeys, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct diagnostics on complex end-to-end business processes and operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Review and refine current workflows to deliver significant improvements in performance and efficiency.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to secure necessary support and resources for implementing process changes.
  • Balance various factors, such as customer needs, operational demands, regulatory requirements, and risk considerations, when recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of business improvement projects with the organisation's strategic objectives.
About You
  • Proven expertise in Pega workflow design and implementation, particularly within the Private Wealth sector.
  • A strong background in Business Process Improvement, ideally with experience in LEAN Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering impactful change.
  • Experience working in a banking or financial services environment, specifically within Private Wealth is a must.
