The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client homes are kept clean, hygienic, and homely according to individual needs and wishes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client homes to determine cleaning requirements and priorities">
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and plans">
  • Maintain knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals">
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively">
  • Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery">
  • Follow procedures and client preferences accurately to meet their unique needs">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care, or Aged Care environment">
  • A current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance">
  • A mobile phone and internet access">
  • A Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Clearance prior to commencement">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients">
