Water Resources Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Water Quality Division as a Wastewater State Revolving Fund Engineer.
This role involves complex engineering projects, including review and analysis of public wastewater facilities to ensure compliance with statutes, policies, and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering, be licensed as a professional engineer, and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in permitting, design, or review of engineering plans and specifications for land or site development, and construction management.
- Perform engineering review and analysis to ensure public wastewater facilities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide project management for technically complex engineering projects.
- Complete assessments for wastewater system planning, design, capacity, construction management, operations, maintenance, and financing.
The selected candidate will work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
