Paint Team Leader Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paint Team Leader to join our production team in Marsden Park. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities of the paint team, performing paint mixing and colour matching, and ensuring the quality of the painting process. They will also provide timely support information and assistance to customers, complete accurate and timely reporting, and take ownership of quality assurance responsibility and accountability.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to safety, trade qualifications or relevant experience, an eye for detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to lead a team effectively and provide guidance and support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the activities of the paint team
  • Perform paint mixing and colour matching
  • Ensure the quality of the painting process
  • Provide timely support information and assistance to customers
