Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our depot warehouse operations and inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient material usage.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee depot warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage depot facilities and local service contracts, focusing on value for money and effective delivery of specialist services.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, adhering to safe working practices and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate competency assessments, staff development, and capability delivery solutions to maintain high performance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to enable cross-discipline planning of material resources and logistics aligned with maintenance objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor logistics and stores staff, ensuring competence and accountability through regular performance reviews.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal logistics, overseeing external logistics and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
  • Initiate and review inventory and procurement practices, contributing to management systems and maintaining accurate data and reporting standards.
