Ice Cream Shop Team Member

We are seeking motivated individuals to fill a role as an Ice Cream Shop Assistant at a new ice cream shop in Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior retail experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and self-motivation to improve are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great experience for every customer entering the shop.
  • Engage with customers and motivate them to make purchases.
  • Carefully prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods.
  • A valid Work Authorisation for Australia (preference given to Australian citizens).

This is a part-time, casual position with a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Shift availability includes day shifts and night shifts. A performance-based bonus is offered for outstanding performance.
