Job Summary:
The Program Financial Analyst will work closely with the Finance Lead and Program to ensure financial performance is on track. This includes providing inputs and guidance on forecasting and reporting activities, establishing financial baselines, and reviewing financial and Earned Value data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to stakeholders across the company.
- Assist with the analysis of program financial performance and preparation of reports for domestic management, the US Line of Business, and the Customer.
- Ensure financial inputs from other parts of the business meet internal financial and customer invoicing/reporting requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting, including Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.
- Track and prepare monthly invoices, manage debtors, and maintain program cash flow.
- Collate budgeting and forecasting assumptions, engaging with key stakeholders.
About You:
- Knowledge of current accounting practices.
- Completion of relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Computer literacy with the ability to analyze, interpret, and prepare reports and management information.
- Basic to intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to be eligible for Defence clearance.
