About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Management Coordinator to join our team at Toll Transport Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and develop schedules to address them.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and peers.
  • Assist in maintaining a strong audit program to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
  • Experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry with a focus on compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including those related to major hazard facilities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices.
