Excellent Communication Skills Customer Service Role

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to provide exceptional service to our established customer network, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and building systems and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer service enquiries, including questions about products, orders, and replacements/refunds
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Processing of orders and returns
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Securing sales and identifying customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
You will be responsible for prioritising and multi-tasking efficiently, finding solutions to problems, taking a personalised approach with every interaction, and being proactive in addressing challenges.
