This position involves leveraging curriculum development to foster high-quality, imaginative learning experiences for all children. You will lead and mentor educators to design and deliver engaging content that promotes meaningful learning.

Our organization offers a National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP) that supports professional growth and knowledge sharing. As part of our team, you have access to an extensive set of support services and opportunities developed in collaboration with educators from across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement curriculum frameworks that promote creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.
  • Mentor educators to develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Leverage NLRDP resources to support professional growth and knowledge sharing among educators.
  • Participate in regular knowledge-sharing forums and access a network of resources and training offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven expertise in curriculum development and implementation.
  • ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
  • Current State-working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
