This position requires an individual who can shape and uplift digital workplace technologies to meet the evolving needs of our university. You will lead the way in delivering modern solutions that support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations, helping set the standards by developing clear, practical policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience leading customer-focused tech services in complex organisations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange) and a practical approach to implementation and support are essential. Familiarity with governance tools like AvePoint is also desirable, as is hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC.
