Exceptional Customer Service Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the airport and be part of delivering exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring timely and efficient check-in processes, and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all client airlines and ensure customer service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with passenger services for customer airlines.
  • Ensure necessary paperwork is completed on time and all reporting is completed as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
  • Assist passengers during disrupted or delayed services and those requiring special assistance such as wheelchair assistance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Commitment to dnata values and operating procedures.
  • Adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Desirable experience in customer service-oriented roles.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations successfully.
  • Ability to work within a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure coordinated approaches to customer requirements.
