Senior Associate/Special Counsel

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced workers' compensation lawyer to join our growing insurance practice based in Perth.

This is a fantastic hands-on insurance role, with significant learning and development opportunities, and the chance to work with interesting clients.

The team has approximately 90 people located across Australia, working on general insurance and statutory insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries, compulsory third party, liability, professional indemnity, and general insurance.

Skill Requirements
  • Between 5+ years of post-admission experience within workers' compensation;
  • Ideally, you will have experience on the defendant side, however we will also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to move into a defendant practice;
  • A genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law and contributing to the success of our practice;
  • Clear, concise legal writing skills; and strong attention to detail.
