Highly Skilled Cloud Data Specialist

We are seeking a talented Cloud Data Specialist to design, develop and maintain our new cloud Enterprise Data Warehouse.
About The RoleThe ideal candidate will contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming and storing data using DBT and BigQuery.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish data foundations that facilitate analytics, reporting and AI rollout at scale.
- Design and develop efficient data pipelines for transforming and storing large volumes of data.
- Conduct SQL data investigations and optimisations, troubleshooting pipeline-related issues.
- Participate in peer code reviews and produce high-quality documentation.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for data quality and pipeline health.
- 3+ years experience in data engineering, including ETL processes, data modelling and data warehouse development.
- Advanced SQL experience for data transformation and querying.
- Hands-on experience working with DBT and BigQuery.
- Experience in troubleshooting production defects and supporting ETL pipelines.
- Experience working with large volumes of data and transforming it for optimal business use.
- CI/CD experience and knowledge of GCP.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
