Job Title:

Enterprise Claims Specialist

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end architecture of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
  • Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align architecture with IT strategy.
  • Design scalable solutions for claims processing and automation.
Implementation & Development:
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ClaimCenter modules.
  • Guide development teams on business rules, workflows, and UI.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Integration & Data:
  • Architect integrations with external systems.
  • Design data migration strategies from legacy systems.
  • Maintain data security and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with business analysts and claims operations to understand requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in project planning.
Quality & Performance:
  • Ensure system performance and scalability.
  • Implement monitoring and logging.
  • Support QA in testing strategies.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with at least 5 years in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance claims processes.
  • Proficiency in Guidewire Studio, GOSU, and ClaimCenter configuration.
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (SOAP/REST, MQ, ESB).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter Certified Specialist or Architect.
  • TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certifications.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications.
