Travel Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Travel Operations Coordinator role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and administration to utilize their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of geography, strong administrative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administration of the operations department, including preparing on-tour documents, liaising with road crew and internal departments, and maintaining accurate records.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and relevant experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
