Early Learning Program Manager

Casual early childhood educators are required to provide high-quality education and care to children in various services located in the Shepparton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced or newly qualified educators seeking flexibility with their hours to contribute to the delivery of early learning programs that support local communities.
- Develop and deliver educational programs that cater to the interests and abilities of each child, aligning with the National or Victorian early learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with the team to increase enrolments and expand the program to include other services meeting community needs.
- Participate in delivering a quality and diverse educational program ensuring every child actively participates.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the interests and abilities of each child.
- Contributing to the growth and success of the program by increasing enrolments and expanding services to meet community needs.
- Delivering high-quality educational programs fostering active participation from all children.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority).
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, children, and families.
