Job Description

This role involves application development and maintenance for NetCracker and related applications.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of NetCracker modules including Configuration management, DNR, Network planning and designing, Service inventory, service activation and service order management.

They should also have experience in analyzing NetCracker-related performance issues caused due to long running sessions, garbage collection, hogging threads and stuck threads.

Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with ITSM processes and have experience in managing resolution of critical incidents across multiple groups, platforms and stakeholders.

They should also have experience with technical skills in SOA, web services, and all phases of waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.

Familiarity with working in Agile environments is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
